How can Therapy be helpful?

Everyone experiences problems and difficulties at some time in their lives.
Most of the time we manage to sort these difficulties out  by ourselves or  by talking to  others that we trust.
At other times our best efforts seem to have the effect of making things worse. At these times seeking professional support can be the best thing to do.

Sometimes changes in our lives can cause stress.
Counselling and therapy  helps people to understand their problems and how they can best  sort them out  by helping people use their own abilities to find ways of moving on from difficulties in their lives.
