What times is Clanwilliam Institute open?

Reception is open 9am -5pm Monday to Friday for making appointments. There are some therapy sessions available outside of office hours and on Saturday's.  

Where are you located?

The Clanwilliam Institute is located in the Grand Canal Dockland area of Clanwilliam Terrace. (See map on back of this leaflet). We also have therapists nationwide available to see clients. 

Are your therapists qualified?

All our therapists are highly qualified professionals and are FTAI and ICP registered. This means they've completed 4 years specialist post -graduate training in addition to being already qualified in relevant health care disciplines.

Can I include members of my family/my partner /or work colleagues?

Of course, our therapists will see several members of one family/group. This can come about in two ways either by request by you at the time of making the initial appointment or sometimes following discussions with the therapist you may decide to invite other significant people to attend Clanwilliam Institute with you.

What do I need to do if I cannot make my appointment?
The Clanwilliam Institute will contact you 2 working days (48hrs) in advance of your appointment. If you cannot attend then we ask that you cancel your appointment at this time. Any appointments cancelled after this time will be charged a cancelation fee (ie full consultation fee).

Will my employer know I attend therapy in Clanwilliam Institute?

No, all your details are confidential. When you ring Clanwilliam Institute to make an appointment you are allocated a client number. This number is the only detail your employer is given, eg client 12345 attended 2 sessions. Clanwilliam Institute will never reveal the name associated with a client number.

How many sessions can I attend for?

Different companies provide different numbers of sessions under the program. The standard minimum is 6; however your company may have approved more than this. Please check with Reception at time of booking or with your therapist on your first visit.  Some clients choose to continue in therapy and fund additional sessions themselves.
