Managers at all levels in the organisation can avail of face-to face/telephone consultation to discuss dilemmas, difficult situations with staff, colleagues, or any other work related concern they may have.

Management Training

This training is designed for any manager, particularly line managers who have responsibility for supervising and managing employees. This consultation aims to develop and fine-tune people and communication skills.

Areas of topics included such as:

• Self management
• Leadership skills
• Interview skills
• Effective communication
• Conflict resolution
• Dealing with difficult behaviour

Any of these areas can also be presented as a separate half or full day workshop for managers. Workshops or training events on other topics (such as emotional intelligence, bullying, bereavement, communication skills, motivational interviewing, stress management, dealing with addiction etc.) can be designed for a specific reason or a particular group of managers in a company.
